It was not a simple task as it seems to be, like one fine morning realizing the fact that ability to talk with the dead have suddenly grown up. But rather James van Praagh had this ability to see those figures of light, angels of God as told by his mother, around him as well as around other people. This ability died as he grew up and indulged into other things. This childhood ability was lost in the process of growing up by James van Praagh. But the visit to the medium, which was almost a forceful one, forced by one of his colleagues, made him think over the whole process of paranormal connection as well as the ability to achieve whatever wished in life. And for this reason, he started to read lots of books on this subject. After reading a whole lot of books, James van Praagh found out that every book has got the same underlying theme in it. The theme is that, to achieve your goal, the best way is to meditate.
After he started to meditate, he realized that the childhood power to see those spirits around men and women has started to build up in him again. This power was further developed by him as he mediated regularly. The power of seeing those spirits became so strong that James van Praagh started to communicate with them. It was just the beginning, and now the world knows about him, as the master of communicating with the dead and also a person who is a successful medium.
